Palmer Returns In Bengals NFL Preseason Loss To Saints

By Ross Everett

Despite losing to the New Orleans Saints in their NFL preseason opener 17-7, the Cincinnati Bengals had a lot to be happy about. Most significantly, they were elated over the return of QB Carson Palmer after hed missed most of the last NFL season. His solid performance gave them even more to be happy about despite being on the wrong end of the final score.

New Orleans had their share of offensive highlights, with QB Drew Brees hooking up with tight end Jeremy Shockey for three completions including Shockeys first touchdown reception in a Saints uniform. Brees backup, Mark Brunell, also played well and tossed a 64 yard scoring strike to Robert Meacham.

Saints fans were well aware that their QB would produce after hanging over 5,000 yards on the board last year, but Palmers return from injury brought a sigh of relief from Bengal backers. Palmer missed most of last season because of a partially torn ligament and tendon in his passing elbow. His passing highlight was a 55 yard play to Chad Ochocinco.

After Shockeys TD staked the Saints to a 7-0 lead, the Bengals tied the game before halftime when Palmers backup J.T. O'Sullivan hit Chris Henry on a 14 yard touchdown pass. OSullivan also produced solid numbers, completing 9 of 11 passes for 100 yards.

The Bengals will continue their NFL preseason this Thursday as they travel to Foxboro, Massachusetts for a game against the New England Patriots. The Saints will also play away from home, heading over to Houston for a game against the Texans on Saturday. Both teams begin NFL regular season play on Sunday, September 13th. The Bengals will host the Denver Broncos, while the Saints welcome the Detroit Lions to The Big Easy.

Farming Gold In World Of Warcraft With These 5 Tips

By Joanne Keith

Within the World of Warcraft, the players have plenty of ways to farm gold but many of them still feel like to try out the buying way, which is quite risky, needless to say. Rather than spending money for gold, I have spent a lot of my time learning and improving my gold farming skills in this game and I had quite a bit of success with it. In my first year, I managed to trade epic flyers for five characters.

If you are just starting out to make gold, the best way I can suggest is to gather items. Anything from mining, herbalism, skinning, fishing, cooking mats or cloth can all make you some good amount of gold!

Here are some tips you can use in farming gold.

1. Spend around 30 minutes each day to collect mats. This may sound dull, but you can accumulate lots of mats in the long run which can be sold for quite some gold at the Auction house. At the moment, there is a big supply of Northend mats, but you can gather mats from Outland or even in Pre B.C. to avoid this big competition.

2. Keep monitoring the Auction House and try to spot items with less competition before you go about to farm a target.

3. Do you know which items are easy to get and easy to sell? Just to give you an idea - the deviate fish in the Barrens can sell for about 15 gold per stack, and they are not that hard to fish. You should have no problem netting 2 stacks of them in just 30 minutes.

4. Frequent yourself in the auction house and get familiar with the average prices of the items that you intend to sell. If the price of a particular item drops in one day, don't panic. You should know that price fluctuation is only normal and it does not hurt to wait a few days until the price goes back to its average.

5. Keep yourself updated on the average selling price of different items at the Auction House by visiting sites like Thott or Wowhead. That way, you will never under-price your item an may even be able to spot opportunities for arbitraging.

The tips contained in this article my seem basic and boring, but don't under-estimate their effectiveness. In case you are just starting out, avoiding shortcuts will only help you in the long run. Advanced techniques can be learned as you move on.

Emo Hairstyles Certainly Make a Fashion Statement

By Toni Moretti

Just when we think, we have seen it all and heard it all when it comes to hair something new comes out. Then that is what keeps fashion so exciting. One of the latest fads to hit the market that allows an individual to be him or herself is the Emo hairstyles.

So what exactly is the Emo hairstyles.? To begin with it is most often done with black hair then splashes of color will be added throughout the hair much like highlights except the color may be more bold and certainly much brighter. You may want to consider perhaps pink or orange for example. That does not mean that it has to be black but the majority of the styles are with black hair.

To go even further with this hairstyle it is broken down into Emo for boys and Emo for girls. The best advice is that of hair stylists that specialize in this type of hair and they will tell you that the most important thing is to be unique.

One thing you really want to be sure of though is if you are going to go with a dynamic hairstyle that you are the type of individual that does not mind expressing their individuality. There is one thing about it you are certainly going to turn heads at least with the more conventional type people.

Do not think that an Emo hairstyle does not require any maintenance because it most certainly does. It takes a specific type of haircut to bring out the Emo hairstyles. This means that you must make sure that you get your maintenance haircut on a regular basis. If not you are going to lose the perfect overall look of your Emo hairstyle.

Therefore, if one wanted to classify or give a definition to Emo it would come down to people's individuality when it comes to hair fashion. If you were to walk into a hairstylist and tell her, you want an Emo hairstyle do not expect that you are going to get the same one that your friend has unless you specifically ask for that particular color and style.

It is interesting to note that the boys go as much for the Emo hairstyle as what the girls do. Again it comes down to it gives them a chance to make their own fashion statement. One has to admit that boys are quite often limited as to what they can do with their hair. Although in later years now more young men have gone for dyeing their hair as well as perms. . As we have mentioned a lot of the Emo hairstyles depend on the cuts. That does not mean that every Emo style has to be cut exactly the same way. There may be a variation in the bangs for example and for the block coloring as well as the length of the bangs that are chosen. One thing you want to be sure is that for the boys not to have the Emo fringe too long.

You Can Win At Online Slots

You have probably been told there are no ways to better your odds when you are playing online slots. The truth is that statement is not exactly on the mark. Slots are not an exact science of course, and yet there are still ways you can better your chances. In addition, the better your chances the more cash you stand to win.

First things first, you will want to take into consideration the payout history of the online site. Do your homework and check them out. You could come across some surprising information. When you discover that an online slot company is paying out a quarter of the amount others do you will probably want to forego them and find a better online slot site.

There are many factors that play a part in the differing payout amounts, but the bottom line is your best interest lies with a company that is known for paying winnings and paying big time. Somebody is going to win all of that money, is there any reason why it shouldn't it be you?

Research the complexity of the games available at the online casino. If most of the games are difficult or hard to understand it is best to choose another site. Roll those casino promotions! Promotions are the next thing to keep in your sites when it comes to online casinos. They will offer all sorts of incentives to get you in their "doors", anything to keep you away from the competition. These incentives could land you some free money right from the start. Online casinos like to give your free money to use at their site, this gets new users to come and play.

A prime example of this kind of promotion is in the form of free money. It works like this you start an online account and deposit money into it. Let's say you place $50 in your gambling account, and the casino matches your fund to the dollar. This means you have double the money to start playing online slots with, which means you have double the number of chances to win. Moreover, all you had to do to get the extra money was sign up!

The idea behind this kind of promotion is to get you in the door and keep you as a paying player. Should you happen to win prizes with the money they gave you it is yours to keep or you could risk it all in an attempt to double or even triple your take.
